Posthumus portrait

This is a posthumus portrait commissioned by the daughter of the "baby". She had lost the portrait of her Grand'mother holding her father in the San Francisco earthquake, did
not have any photograph of it and was very saddened by this loss.
I worked from various old photographs and description she gave me .
It was a very interesting and successful challenge.
